Camper Fees

The 4-week fitness and self-defense class is a comprehensive program designed to improve both physical fitness and self-defense skills. The class combines various exercises and workouts to enhance strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness levels.

Participants will also learn essential self-defense techniques, including strikes, blocks, and escapes, to effectively protect themselves in real-life situations. The class is suitable for individuals of all fitness levels and aims to empower participants with the knowledge and skills to stay fit and safe.

We kindly request a donation as a registration fee for this class. Your contribution will support the continuation of this program and help us provide a valuable experience for all participants and admin.
