- This is a friendly competition to honor and support our long time friend and competitor Suzie Dudas. Suzie has been a long time player in our Diva League and her life was altered by a terrible tragedy involving her two children, Zale and Saxon. Zale and Saxon's organs were donated and provided life for many people. Suzie is fierce, fun and wildly adventurous. Funds raised through this tournament will help her in the next chapter of her life.
- There will be Juggling competitions, Music, Food trucks and local vendors as well as our Friendly Soccer Competition - 2 Games Guaranteed. Through our JUP community life spirit we can show our love and honor as tribute to Suzie's two children Zale and Saxon. Families, fathers and sons, mothers and daughters, friends, brothers, sisters. Let's join together in a great afternoon of Sunday soccer.
- Tournament will be 8v8 coed ages 15 and up mixed (Kids & Parents).
- Players must be rostered with a team
- Friendly Competition -2 Game Guarantee
- Teams Name and Uniform color required at registration
- The Team will have a Maximum of 15 players.
- Teams will be responsible for providing their own Uniforms with Numbers on the back.
- Teams will provide a roster.
- Team Jersey color will be decided on what team registered 1st (if there are two teams that are the same color).
- Games are held on Sunday and are 40 minutes including half time.
- Game time is Forfiet time. There is no grace period given.
- Maximum 4 males on field at one time (This includes Goalie)
- Most goals from Round 1 & Round 2 Winners bracket automatically go to Championship
- Individual Waivers must be signed by Parent/Player prior to start of Game (May not play unless Waiver is signed)
- Sponsorships : Gold $1000 Silver $750 Bronze $500 (Each Sponsorship receives one team entry and their business logo on social media sites and field signage).
- Donations : Donations may be made by selecting free agent and completing the waiver and selecting the increment amount(s) you would like to donate.

All cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to 6/4/2021 or there will be NO refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment that payment was made and it may take up to 2 weeks. There is a $25 Non-Refundable deposit due on registration.
